In DA II, the re-used assets, enemies appearing from no logic positions, kind of dumb AI of some monsters, accelerated combat and weapons design.
In DA: Origins I found nothing to complain about. :)

Moreover, I wrote three questions and got an answer to only one of them.

Dragon Age 30 Day Challenge - Day 27
27. Best part of the games
In Origins, I loved the different origins, the plot, Alistair’s love story as it was very emotional (tried all of them, but found nothing that compares to Alistair’s one), the feeling of doing something epic, the dialogues, the soundtrack.
In DA 2, I loved the party banter and characterisation of NPCs, Aveline and Donnic’s side quest, Aveline as a character, the soundtrack and Anders.
I won’t comment on combat system, character handling, boss fights, etc, because I didn’t particularly like this side of the game in DA II and I don’t feel like I should judge Origins as I played on X360 and the game is pretty much a PC game (or feels like it).
I should probably write more about the reasons why I liked Alistair’s love story and Anders character, as I have reasons that don’t fall in the “fangirling” category, but I am a fangirl, too, so I won’t bore you to sleep with lenghty explanations.

The end of Anders. I didn’t do it ( ended up running away with him), but was watching my boyfriend play and he did it in his playthrough. I was shocked even if I wasn’t playing.
Most shocking scenes that I played: being betrayed and trapped in the Deep Roads (both at the beginning of the dwarf noble origin and with Varric in DA II) and the death of Duncan.

Dragon Age 30 Day Challenge - Day 20
20. Character you wouldn’t get along with
Morrigan and Zevran.
Morrigan is definitely too difficult to get along with for me: she gets offended for everything and I wouldn’t appreciate her superior attitude.
And with Zevran, I wouldn’t like a friend trying to hit on me even when I want to discuss important things. And I don’t generally get along well with assassins.
I thought about adding Merril to the list, too, but I think I would be able to get along well with her even if I strongly disagree with the use of Blood Magic and I am unhappy about her mix of naivety and self confidence. She’s sweet and lovely when you forget those things.
